Efficient Pizza Prep Worktop

Each PARTNEZ REFRIGERATION™ Pizza Prep refrigerators feature inte-grated worktops with full-length ingredient rails and full-length polyethylene cutting boards. The combination of workspace and storage space creates the required environment to quickly assem-ble pizzas. Each Pizza prep refrigerator includes a complete set of 1/3 Gastronorm pots fitted to the ingredient rail.

Stainless Steel

The PICLs are built for foodservice professionals. Stainless steel fronts, sides and tops keep the equipment looking their best. Stainless Steel inner floors have coved corners for easy cleaning.

Precision Refrigeration

The front mount compressor unit is controlled by a Carel solid-state thermostat with a digital display. The Embraco compressor is switched via an auxiliary contactor, reducing the workload and increasing the life of the Carel controller. The condenser is easy to reach for preventative maintenance and cleaning.
