Each ASP1800 Sandwich Prep refrigerator is supplied with a full length oversized cutting board. This durable, sanitary surface is the ideal surface for preparing sandwiches, wraps and other dishes. The cutting board is easy to work on and easy to re-move and clean.

The SCLs are built for foodservice professionals. Stainless steel fronts, sides and tops keep the equipment looking their best. Stainless Steel inner floors have coved corners for easy cleaning.
Precision Refrigeration
The rear mount compressor unit is controlled by a Carel solid-state thermostat with a digital display. The Embraco compressor is switched via an auxiliary contactor, reducing the workload and increasing the life of the Carel controller.
